Strategic HR Leadership.
Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the agroindustry sector's goals and objectives.
Collaborate with senior management to identify HR-related challenges and opportunities for improvement.
Talent Acquisition and Management.
Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for positions across various.
Develop strategies for talent retention, career development, and succession planning.
Work closely with hiring managers to ensure the organization has the necessary workforce to meet operational demands.
Employee Relations.
Act as a point of contact for addressing employee concerns and grievances.
Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and teamwork.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Training and Development.
Identify training needs and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Compensation and Benefits.
Manage compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
Monitor industry trends to ensure the organization's packages are competitive within.
Oversee the performance appraisal process and provide guidance to managers on performance feedback and improvement plans.
Implement performance metrics and key performance indicators to measure employee productivity.
HR Compliance.
Ensure all HR policies, procedures, and practices are in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations specific.
Keep abreast of changes in labor laws and advise the organization on necessary adjustments.
Qualifications.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Several years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 8 years in a leadership or senior management role within the agroindustry sector.
Strong knowledge of agroindustry-specific challenges and requirements.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
