esponsabilidades:-Liderar el área de planeación financiera y análisis (FP&A) de la empresa, asegurando la precisión y relevancia de los informes financieros.- Desarrollar y supervisar el presupuesto anual, así como los pronósticos financieros, alineados con los objetivos estratégicos de la empresa.- Proporcionar análisis financieros detallados y recomendaciones para apoyar la toma de decisiones de la alta dirección.- Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales para identificar oportunidades de optimización de costos y mejoras en la eficiencia operativa.- Desarrollar modelos financieros avanzados para evaluar el rendimiento y la rentabilidad de nuevas inversiones y proyectos.- Monitorear el desempeño financiero frente a los objetivos presupuestados y elaborar planes de acción correctiva.- Garantizar el cumplimiento de los plazos en los cierres mensuales, trimestrales y anuales.
equisitos:-Experiencia sólida en una posición de liderazgo en FP&A, preferiblemente dentro del sector de consumo masivo.-Habilidades avanzadas en modelos financieros y análisis cuantitativo.-Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico y de rápido crecimiento.-Fuertes habilidades de comunicación para interactuar con los equipos globales y regionales.-Experiencia en gestión de equipos y en la elaboración de estrategias financieras.-Inglés avanzado, tanto escrito como oral.-Conocimiento profundo de herramientas financieras y software como SAP, Hyperion, o similares.-Rango salarial.
