GROUP CORPORATE FINANCE – GROUP CONTROLLING BUSINESS PARTNER (CORPORATE FP&A)

What's the role? In this development role, you will act as the Finance Business Partner for the Group’s Corporate Controlling department and herewith be at the centre of finance.
You will collaborate with and experience regular exposure to many functional & senior stakeholders (e.
., Senior management, Regional Finance, Treasury, Marketing, Human Resources, Procurement, Corporate Development) to steer the Group’s performance management cycle across our 100+ global locations, including month-end activities, rolling forecast processes, investment plans which contributes to Hilti’s sustainable growth.

What does the role involve? In this role, you will be at the center of the Group’s performance management cycle together with the Group Controlling team, Head of Group Controlling and Head of Global Finance & Controlling.
This includes handling month-end activities, participating in the group’s budget planning and forecasting process, as well as compiling long-term financial plans.
Your main tasks will involve providing comprehensive insights into financial performance and identifying areas of risks and improvement opportunities.
You will also serve as a business partner, offering support to global function heads in order to enhance the visibility of key cost drivers and levers for optimization & performance.
Collaboration across regions, functions, and business units will be essential to optimise value creation for the Group.
Efficient communication among all participating stakeholders on various levels of the organisation will be one of your key responsibilities.

What you need is.
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Finance, or other fields with other globally recognised financial qualifications, e.
., ACA, ACCA, CPA, CMA, etc.
Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a financial, consultancy or auditing role within a multinational organisation Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills with sound business judgment Effective communication skills, including the ability to structure clear, state-of-the-art presentations to senior management (Senior Management, Executive Board, Board of Directors) Thorough understanding of financial reports (P&L, B/S, CF) and fundamentals of financial accounting standards Ability to work in a fast-paced, in a team-oriented environment to develop into a financial leadership role as the next career step International Mobility and professional English skills Why should you apply?
