What does the role involve? In this role, you will have the opportunity to globally manage the development of heat treatment technologies, from the initial idea to implementation.
You will be the driving force behind research activities, the actual technology and process development and production transfer into our different production plants.
Working with multi-disciplinary teams, you will leverage our extensive network of internal and external partners to manage and develop heat treatment technologies for existing and future products.
Your expertise will be crucial to improve our existing state-of-the-art heat treatment technologies, while working closely with product development to enhance related products.
