GLOBAL PROCESS MANAGER - VALUE-ADDED SERVICES (VAS)

You are the key player in defining and delivering groundbreaking logistics services on a global scale.
You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and industry leaders to shape the future of logistics.
You will lead innovative projects that drive customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Your Mission.
Own and drive the Global Logistics VAS offering, aligning with our Lead logistics strategy for Large Projects, Fleet, and CX-related services.
Design, implement, and scale service-related initiatives, including system/process development and operational frameworks.
Be the go-to expert for all VAS-related topics, supporting regional operations and ensuring seamless execution.
Foster collaboration across logistics and non-logistics teams to deliver integrated, customer-centric solutions.
Lead complex global projects, ensuring successful delivery while maintaining alignment with strategic goals.
Develop innovative, end-to-end VAS solutions that enhance the entire Order to Payment (O2P) journey.
Partner with Logistics Process Excellence to optimize processes, reduce costs, and drive continuous improvement.
Establish transparent charging logic for VAS services and monitor performance through KPIs and data-driven insights.
Engage in global communities (GLS and GLOMEX) to support key regional and global initiatives.
Last year alone, we introduced 60 new products, services and software solutions to the global construction market.

What you bring.
Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in a global company, with expertise in logistics, supply chain, or project management, with strong operational knowledge of Supply Chain, Logistics, or Marketing of products and services.
Exceptional analytical and project management skills, with a knack for solving complex problems.
Proven ability to influence and align stakeholders across different functions and geographies.
Experience with LEAN methodologies and international business exposure (preferred).
Willingness to travel globally (approximately % of working time).
