GLOBAL GRAPHIC/PRODUCTION EXPEDITER

we are seeking a detail-oriented and organized graphics/production expediter to join our global graphics team.
as a graphics/production expediter, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and expediting process to ensure timely delivery of orders and meet customer expectations.
you will be responsible for monitoring production process flow, managing graphics needs and facilitating communication between various business departments globally.
the ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
what you will do.
• coordinate and expedite the flow of orders with graphics between various departments, ensuring tat requirements met.
• work in alignment with global order management teams.
• communicate production status, delays, and issues to relevant stakeholders, including global order mgt teams and global graphic operations.
• identify bottlenecks or potential delays in the production process and propose solutions to improve efficiency and meet deadlines.
• maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports and communicate back to relevant teams.
• monitor production schedules as necessary to meet changing demands and prioritize urgent orders on request.
• continuously evaluate and improve graphic/production processes and procedures to optimize cx.
