I safeguard quality in the team's decision documentation.
I am a part of the Technical Program Team that manages Vehicle Programs towards specific introduction times and releases I coordinate the Technical Program Team activities and support cooperation with all affected areas I work closely together with the Technical Lead to ensure communication, strategy fulfilment, execution alignment and information sharing I organize and structure the Technical Program Team time plans, reports/presentations/decision materials, program prerequisites and documentation structure, according to decided processes I manage and coordinate meetings/decisions in Technical Program Team areas Together with the Technical Program Team I secure that activities are contained according to decided working procedures, timing and targets, including responsibility for Technical Program Team part of Mid Range Plan (MRP) I support the organization to manage dependencies and solve impediments when needed I support evaluation of status by using my network and evaluating available data I act on deviations when needed I plan and secure management of Team Development activities I drive continuous improvements based on learnings, including ways of working.
What you'll bring Leaders and technically competent and engaged persons with good communication and teamwork skills.
This is a role within the S&PM organization.
Deep knowledge of the concerned process and good understanding of the Agile working methods.
