We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the General Manager and Fulfillment Center Operations team.
The successful candidate will be highly organized, extremely detail oriented, self-motivated, able to handle confidential information, as well as a demonstrated ability to respond effectively to changing workloads and priorities.
You must have the ability to communicate well and to manage multiple assignments and people simultaneously.
Job requirements.
- Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach - Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays Key job responsibilities - Photocopying, faxing, typing meeting notes, making travel arrangements - Creating presentation using graphics - Completing expense reports, maintaining schedules, plan events, and coordinate meetings and events for our Fulfillment Center Staff BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 1+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office products and applications experience - High school or equivalent - Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications - Are 18 years of age or older - 2+ years of experience delivering support to one or two Sr.
Manager or Director roles - 2+ years of experience managing travel reservations PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience with end-to-end project management - - Experience with end-to-end project management - - Understanding of how to create a basic expense and reimbursement report.
- - Management of fixed budgets for office administration, on-site events, meetings.
- - Strong background of administrative, secretarial support or other management
