We are actively seeking a Full Stack Ruby On Rails (ROR) Engineer to join our dynamic team. The position will initially be remote indefinitely, with office attendance on Tuesdays and Thursdays until our office setup in Monterrey is finalized. Following this, the position will transition into a hybrid scheme in our Monterrey office.
Requirements:
Advanced conversational English.
Full Stack Engineer with over 5 years of software development experience.
Preferably over 3 years of experience with Ruby on Rails and React.js.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering discipline, or equivalent experience.
Strong experience in HTML/CSS/JavaScript software frameworks and MVC.
Solid understanding of SQL and data modeling for scalability and performance.
Knowledge of Git, Github, and development through pull requests.
