FRENCH SPEAKING TEAM LEADER

Do you have a way with people and a knack for numbers and technology? Concentrix is expanding and we want a can-doer with a positive attitude to join our Cape Town office as a Seconded Team Leader on the Sage (French Speaking) campaign.
Our ideal candidate will have exposure to the Sage campaign already.

As a Seconded Team Leader on our team, you will.
Ensure that team members perform in line with required sales performance metrics (Customer Service performance metric) Manage workload in a timely and effective manner Analyse customer feedback data Pursue quality and assurance initiatives Produce business insights Present recommendations for improvement Your qualifications Your qualifications and experience Concentrix is a great match if you have.
Accountancy at Grade 12 level Excellent command of English language - verbal and written Business writing skills Advanced computer literacy, typing skills and ability to navigate multiple screens A minimum of 6 months’ experience in contact centre Strong IT, PC navigational, problem-solving, administration and organisational skills The ability to work shifts (pm – am /pm – am)Monday to Friday in a structured environment A proven track record of meeting targets and service levels Clear credit and criminal records It will be a plus if you have.
Experience in a web chat or non-voice environment Digital, web chat, email exposure If you feel you don’t check every box, we still encourage you to apply.
