RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure all “Pedimento” Paperwork are complete and accurate.
Upload of virtual & temp import - export operations to the inventory control software (Célere Commerce) as per the Foreign Trade Legislation in Mexico.
(Annex ) Support when “Pedimentos”, Invoices, Proformas and Layout of digital Files are requested to complete the Foreign Trade Operations Upload all fixed assets to the inventory control software (Célere Commerce) as per Foreign Trade Legislation in Mexico Monitoring of the temporary validity of the inventory of 6 and 18 months, reporting when updates must be done.
Keep up to date and accurate all the export and import paperwork files.
Keep up to date and accurate the supplier catalog.
? Provide all the information (drawings, pictures, specifications etc.) needed by the Customs Broker in order to keep the HTS Tariff Code Catalog up to date.
Management of Customs Broker Portal to extract all the Legal information required by the Tax Office (SAT) KNOWLEDGE Knowledge of customs legislation and transport legislation.
Experience in transport planning is a plus 1-2 years in the transportation industry and logistics Microsoft office package.
ERP software is a plus EDUCATION Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Management IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE, BUT NOT A DEGREE, NO PROBLEM, WE CAN CONSIDER YOU ACCORDING TO YOUR EXPERIENCE.
SKILLS Intermediate English, in writing and reading.
(Being a global company, our platforms and papers are in English, we can develop you in this area, if your English is intermediate) Strong analytical and organizational Team player and able to work independently.

Hands-on and flexible mentality WHAT WE OFFER TO OUR TALENTS Food coupons equivalent to 10% of monthly gross salary (legal limit) Saving Fund equivalent to 13% of monthly gross salary (legal limit) 12 Vacation Days for the first year of seniority to be issued annually and which shall increase by two working days until reaching twenty, for each subsequent year of service; as of the sixth year of service, the vacation period shall increase by two days for every five years of service.
