+ Prepares analysis and reports for department managers.
+ Works with assigned organizational units to develop annual budgets, staff and expense forecasts, and statistical reports.
+ Supports the monthly accounting close of an entity (with respect to provisions and reserves).
+ Prepares and consolidates financial data.
+ Prepares statistical reports, including financial performance, discrepancy explanations, and cost analysis.
+ Executes assigned special projects.
+ Providing constant follow-up on project closure to Manufacturing.
+ Management and control of fixed assets (additions, write-offs, transfers and physical inventories) Verify that the assets are recorded.
+ Supporting the capitalization of business projects.
+ Compliance with internal and external fixed asset controls.
+ Preparation of reconciliations related to fixed assets and prepaid insurance.
+ Technical support in post-sales and sales areas.
To be successful in this role you will need the following.
+ Knowledge of the legal requirements for the registration of fixed assets in a maquila company.
+ Accounting knowledge (policy registration, preparation of reconciliations and integrations, completion of audit certificates) + Knowledge of import tax requirements (notion of customs declarations, proformas).

**Education, Licenses, Certifications:** College, university, or equivalent degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required.
