You’ll be responsible for performing a diverse set of work activities included in the end-to-end Finance And Technology process for the Kellanova organization focuses in different models in Anaplan.

This hybrid role is located in Querétaro, México, with the expectation to be in the office 3 days per week / 2 days at home office – subject to change.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing   Anaplan Specialization.
responsible for some of the key Anaplan models that are used by the Finance organization and that are essential for the Actual and Forecast Finance process.
Within these models we can find the People Cost model, Annual Bonus model and Balance Sheet model.
US Finance Process.
You will be performing day to day; month end close and strategic period activities that are crucial for the KNA Finance process.
Some of these activities involve.
validations, troubleshooting, enhancements, feeds and reporting.
Tax, Treasury & Regulatory.
Provide necessary information to the Tax & Treasury Department.
Systems Implementation and Continuous improvement.
As a part of the Financial Systems team, you will understand the data flow between the systems, as you will be using SAP, Anaplan and BPC; and you will be able to identify opportunity areas and implement enhancements to the different stages of the process according to your main business partner’s needs.
Best Practices.
As a Financial Apps Specialist you will have the ownership to implement/improve the finance process related to these tools, proposing best practices and Kellanova’s ways of working.
Compliance, Validation, Standardization & Collaboration.
Consistently meets compliance measures and achieves service level agreements.
Validates data in Anaplan Systems and assure the systems is ready for Actuals and forecast.
Create, test and complete enhancements for Anaplan process and systems.
Collaborate with Global Financial Systems team looking for standardization.
implement/improve the finance process related to these tools.
We’re Looking for Someone With   Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Technology related.
5+ years of related experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Excel, SAP and (desirable) Anaplan or other financial systems.
Passion for learning new technologies.
