anage a portfolio of accounts receivable for an assigned territory.
ontact customers to obtain promises to pay and follow up on the status of payments, or determine reasons for non-payment and escalate if necessary.
erve as a liaison between customers and field sales/service teams to resolve disputes and initiate credit memos as needed.
ontact customers to resolve past due balances prior to release.
ecure purchase orders from customers when required.
erform AR/Collections reporting and analysis.
nter electronic invoicing for customer accounts.
onduct account reconciliation.
provide back-up detail, submit tie-offs, and refund requests as needed to clean up account balances.
eview current account status, obtain payment commitments, and document all relevant information in internal account systems.
