our Role and ResponsibilitiesDownload \u upload data from financial systemsSet up systems and templates in SAPMaintenance of accounting and financial systems/applications, including system tie-outsDevelop relevant reporting including data preparation, report creation to support forecast, budget and closing cycle.
rovide data analyses to support periodic (monthly, quarterly, year-end) financial and operational performance reviews with the business and finance teams.
upport the financial planning process at the department level, inclusive of budgets, re-forecasts, capital planning and long-term plans.
Helps to define and load data into models.
erform gap analysisCalculate capex and depreciation expensesCollect necessary information from various internal partiesPrepare, document and record journal entries based on business needs following Accounting policiesRequired Technical and Professional ExpertiseBachelor's degree in finance or accounting3.
- 5 years relevant experience in FP\uA and accounting processes like preparing forecast and budget for parts of the P\uL of a company, performed financial and accounting analysis to support company business units decision making.
roficient English levelAdvanced Excel and office managementGood knowledge of General Accepted Accounting PrinciplesBasic Tax rules and basic understanding on internal controls requirements and implicationsPreferred Technical and Professional ExpertiseGood analytical and numeric skills using spreadsheets and databases.
