Pavago is seeking an experienced Investment Banking Analyst with 2-3 years of experience in the real estate investment sector for a boutique investment banking firm.

This role requires proficiency in Excel financial modelling, presentation development, and supporting end-to-end deal execution, with an emphasis on accuracy and clear client communication.
ey Responsibilities.
Financial Modeling.
Develop, manage, and refine complex financial models in Excel, focusing on real estate investment fund performance, valuations, and forecasted returns.
Presentation Development.
Create polished, data-driven presentations for client meetings, investor pitches, and internal decision-making.
Research & Analysis.
Conduct in-depth research and analysis of market trends, property valuations, and other data relevant to the real estate investment space.
Transaction Analysis & Valuation.
Conduct in-depth financial analysis and valuation for potential transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and capital raises.
Deal Execution Support.
Assist senior team members in the transaction process, including due diligence, financial analysis, and the preparation of key documents.
Data Management.
Track and organize relevant data for deals, including maintaining detailed records of financial analyses, investment reports, and transaction documents.
Collaboration.
Work closely with senior analysts, associates, and partners to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with client goals.
Requirements and Skills.
Experience.
Proven experience in financial analysis, preferably in investment banking  Analytical Skills.
Strong ability to analyze complex financial data, with a keen eye for detail.
Communication Skills.
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
Technical Proficiency.
Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint for effective financial modelling.
Attention to Detail.
Highly organized, with strong attention to accuracy in data management and reporting.
