In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the financial health of our organization by providing insightful analysis and support in various financial processes.
Key Responsibilities.
Conduct financial analysis, including variance analysis and forecast reporting.
Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and quarterly reports.
Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts and assist with month-end closing activities.
Support the budgeting process and periodic reforecasts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that drive business decisions.
Prepare reports for management and stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators.
Participate in audit preparations and ensure compliance with internal controls.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting.
Strong knowledge of financial modeling and forecasting.
Proficient in Excel; familiarity with ERP systems (e.
., NetSuite) is a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Experience in the gaming industry is preferred but not mandatory.
