This position reports to Finance Manager Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will carry out general administrative activities at company levels.
You support the team when workloads increase and show your expertise in complicated administrative issues.
The work model for the role is onsite.
It is possible to work 1 day per week remote.
This role is contributing to the Codian Robotics unit in Ede.

You will be mainly accountable for.
• Performing all financial administrative activities, including invoice posting.
• Provide back-up support for others in case of sickness/absence/workload.
• Responding to manager and/or employee queries and managing both incoming and outgoing correspondence for the business.
• Acting as local support for all administration activities.
• Maintaining records/databases/filing systems/archives in electronic and/or hard copy format.

Reporting to the Local Finance manager, you will join a small high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.
Qualifications for the role You have a professional level of working and thinking.
You have minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting and reporting with NLGAAP and optional USGAAP.
You are skilled in / you enjoy working with ERP systems, preferably SAP and AFAS.
Excel has no secrets for you.
You are at ease communicating in Dutch and English.
You hold a current permanent work permit in the Netherlands.
