Finance Transformation Manager Full-time | Office.

As a member of the Americas Finance leadership team, you will drive finance transformation and strengthen financial operations and performance across the Americas region.
You will support the Americas finance operations in a highly flexible manner, addressing the most critical opportunities and challenges.
You will be motivated by interim assignments and project-based responsibilities, applying your knowledge and experience to diverse contexts.
Your efforts will drive significant positive impacts on the finance organization and on the financial and commercial success of SoftwareOne’s Americas operations.
You will report to the Regional Finance Director and work closely with Finance and Business Leaders in the Americas.
How a day-to-day would look like.
Assist in the execution of the Transformation Plan, which will take approximately 18 months to complete.
Prioritize activities in the coming months and projects that derive from this Transformation.
Improvement of forecast spend management, commercial decision support What we need to see from you We will require you to have as mandatory.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in finance, economics, or a related field Confirmed in-depth experience across accounting, finance processes, FP&A, and business partnering in an international context High motivation for driving impact in project-based or interim roles Flexible and adaptable demeanor Strong sense of initiative and responsibility Desirable Requirements.
MBA and/or accounting qualification Experience in the tech industry or exposure to the tech space Soft Skills.
Excellent communication and social skills Ability to facilitate change across levels and functions Critical thinking.
