FINANCE OPERATIONS INTERN

What you will be doing.
Manage the creation and maintenance of invoices, contracts, and projects in an ERP system, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Processed and updated accounts, contracts, and projects, including migrations and cancellations, based on detailed instructions or legal requirements.
Conducted research and resolved customer inquiries related to billing, credits, and contract/project adjustments through analysis and collaboration with internal teams.
Performed audits on billing data, manual adjustments, and entitlements setup to ensure proper accounting rules and customer support readiness.
Upgraded mappings and optimized contract setups to enhance system efficiency and support operations.
