We are currently seeking a Field Tech Associate to join our team in Tijuana, Baja California (MX-BCN), Mexico (MX).
Performs basic trouble-shooting, parts replacement, systems upgrades, deployment and repair on desktops /notebooks/ printers.
•May respond to calls after normal business hours per leader instructions *Knowledge of Windows operating system environment *Good client service skills.
•A+ desktop or equivalent skillset is preferred.
