Desktop configuration with the Client's image; Laptop configuration with the Customer's image; Knowledge of Apple devices (iPhones and iPads); Documentation in the ticket tool, follow-up the ticket during its lifecycle; Computer peripheral installations (monitors, mouse, keyboards, Dockstations); Second level problem solving; Fixing hardware problems, generating a warranty at the equipment manufacturer when necessary; · Assist with the creation of technical procedures for the Service Desk when possible; Follow the processes defined by the project's Learn more about Wipro at www.
