As a  Field Coach  you must be self-motivated, proactive and able to work on your own initiative.
Your responsibilities will be.
Who You Are.
Rolls-out global or customized training programs for each store and/or staff member, in cooperation with the retail business manager or retail director/Head of Retail and Area Manager, which can include 1.
, digital, POS training.
· Develops beauty adviser knowledge and competencies in one to one using coaching approaches  · Supports new BAs in on boarding phase  · Animates a community of BA to foster learning  · Participates to learning material /tools design and adaptation  · Impersonates and transmits the values of the brand and service attitude  · Stays up to date with competition knowledge (products, learning methods, services, innovations)  · Masters POS system, system affinity and experience - Contributes to sell out & retail efficiency · Follows up ROI of learning actions vs sell out and build on going improvement  · Monitors budgets.
