FEEDBACK PROGRAM AND EVENT SPECIALIST

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Feedback Program and Event Specialist to join our team.
This role involves managing the production and execution of large-scale events while developing processes to measure their impact effectively.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of event planning and management are handled efficiently and will work closely with various stakeholders to deliver successful program experiences.
RESPONSIBILITIES Develop processes for consistently tracking and measuring the impact of program experiences and reporting outcomes to key stakeholders Manage full event production including venue management, catering, transportation, and more Drive the creation of post-event reports and conduct retrospectives to identify areas for improvement Interact with and manage multiple vendors and partners to plan and execute medium and large-scale events Maintain a working knowledge of the complex needs of different programs and adapt strategies accordingly REQUIREMENTS 5+ years of experience in program/project management or a Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, or related field 3+ years of experience in event management for large-scale events, ideally within the developer communities/IT industry Highly focused and organized, able to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Capability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously Strong skills in building, tracking, and formulating within Google Sheets Fluent English communication skills at a С1 level NICE TO HAVE Knowledge of the developer relations space, particularly Android, and prior experience with developer communities Ability to strategize at a high level and work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Experience in creating and maintaining dashboards, analyzing data, and automating processes Willingness to travel up to 10% within the US and work flexible hours to support regional events WE OFFER Career plan and real growth opportunities Unlimited access to LinkedIn learning solutions International Mobility Plan within 25 countries Constant training, mentoring, online corporate courses, eLearning and more English classes with a certified teacher Support for employee’s initiatives (Algorithms club, toastmasters, agile club and more) Enjoyable working environment (Gaming room, napping area, amenities, events, sport teams and more) Flexible work schedule and dress code Collaborate in a multicultural environment and share best practices from around the globe Hired directly by EPAM & 100% under payroll Law benefits (IMSS, INFONAVIT, 25% vacation bonus) Major medical expenses insurance.
