Danfoss  is looking for an experienced Logistic Manager, Responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing our logistics operations, ensuring timely delivery of goods while maintaining cost-effectiveness and high-quality service.
Job Responsibilities Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
To establish a mindset that assures zero unsafe conditions.
Frequent dialogues with the shop floor team to acquire a safe culture To fulfill the quality assurance process, ISO/IATF.
Keep improving quality KPIs YoY.
Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency and minimize costs.
Monitor inventory levels, ensure regular audits, and coordinate replenishment processes to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, customer representatives and shipping partners to ensure smooth operations.
Support Smart Manufacturing and digtalization roadmap related to Logistics Ensure CBI (Continuous Business Improvement) are driven in the department Thrive Data no touch Prepare and analyze logistics reports to track performance metrics, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions.
