Lead and Oversee Maintenance.
Manage ongoing building maintenance, facilities, and services to achieve organizational goals within budget, timeline, and scope constraints.
Stakeholder Alignment.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand needs, standardize processes, establish metrics, and implement a benchmarking program.
Risk Management.
Monitor and manage the execution of risk and root cause assessments following incidents, inspections, or other observations.
Budgeting and Cost Optimization.
Develop and implement cost budgeting plans to optimize expenses while maintaining quality and efficiency.
Vendor Management.
Oversee third-party service providers and vendors, standardizing processes, services, and ensuring compliance with work standards.
Regulatory Compliance.
Communicate with regulatory and government agencies on facility safety and environmental requirements, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards.
Must-have Skills Maintenance and Project Management.
Proven experience in facility maintenance, repair, and project management.
Regulatory Knowledge.
Strong working knowledge of local and global standards and regulations.
Budget Management.
Demonstrated ability to plan, budget, and oversee cost estimates while maintaining site budgets.
Vendor Collaboration.
Experience in managing vendors and third-party service providers, ensuring standardization and compliance.
Stakeholder Communication.
Effective communication skills for collaboration with vendors, team members, and regulatory agencies.
Risk Assessment.
Skilled in conducting risk and root cause assessments and implementing corrective actions.
Cost-Effectiveness.
Ability to balance needs and investments, ensuring cost-effective facility maintenance and improvements.
Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management, maintenance, or a related field.
Proven experience in managing budgets and capital projects.
