Responsabilidades.
Responsable de la gestión, administración coordinación y control de todos los servicios especializados para el correcto funcionamiento del sitio.
Mantenimiento, Mensajería, Limpieza, Jardinería, Eventos.
Altas de proveedores Trabajo en conjunto con técnicos para el mantenimiento de equipos simples.
Responsable de planeación de mantenimientos robustos con proveedores especializados de dichos equipos.
Elaboración de reportes y metricas (KPIs) de los servicios contratados y tiempos de entrega en las ordenes de trabajo.
Detección de necesidades de mantenimiento Movimiento en campo, supervisando en el piso los equipos Experiencia en administración Experiencia en seguridad DC3 Responsibilities/Description.
Requirements.
Inglés intermedio – Básico Estudios administrativos o afín Experiencia de 1 a 3 años Training / Certifications.
