Job Overview
As an Experience Host, youll be the friendly face welcoming visitors and sharing all the amazing activities available at Flora Farms, from creative painting classes to handson cooking workshops and picturesque garden tours. Many guests arent aware of the unique opportunities we offer, and your job is to make sure they dont miss out
Some guests may also express interest in Floras real estate and private community opportunities. When they do, youll assist by setting up their discovery experiences.
This role offers a commissionbased earning structure, with potential to earn anywhere between 282 to 1,500 USD per prospect who attends a real estate showing. The more connections you make, the more you can earn
What Were Looking For
Passion for engaging with people and enhancing their experiences
Strong Englishspeaking skills
A professional and polished appearance
Reliable transportation to Flora Farms
Ability to work on your feet for 5 hours a day, 5 days a week
