this role involves troubleshooting, system configuration, and maintaining documentation.
s/he will have a strong understanding of erp systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for helping others.
essential job functions/tasks.
provide first-line support for erp system users, resolving system functionality, data integrity, and user access issues.
assist with system configuration, customization, and updates.
escalate complex issues and bugs to the business systems analysts and erp hosting partner as necessary.
develop and deliver training sessions for end-users, ensuring they understand how to use the erp system effectively.
create and maintain user guides, faqs, and other documentation to support users.
ensure data accuracy and integrity within the erp system.
work closely with various departments to understand their erp needs and provide appropriate solutions.
participate in solution reviews, prototype demonstrations, and user acceptance testing to ensure alignment with business needs and objectives.
stay updated with the latest erp system features and best practices.
proactively identify areas for system and process improvements.
adheres to established change management standards/procedures to ensure disciplined, controlled, and well-communicated changes to applications and systems.
