Are you ready to make your next career move to join our team as an Equipment Technical Surveyor in Mexico City? As our next Equipment Technical Surveyor, you will be responsible for carrying out specific types of equipment surveys.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to.
Customer Relationship Management.
• Accountable for maintaining excellent relationships with the customers, the contact person and the end-users presents on site, by applying the Ambassador attitude Surveying.
• Accountable to plan the surveys he is due to perform • Accountable to survey the equipment in accordance with the relevant surveys and KONE standard respecting the KONE safety rules • Takes measurements and completes the necessary documentation and pictures requested • For any request to update the global database, he reports the adequate information and pictures requested to the National FL unit data manager • In case of critical equipment (safety issues), communicates with his superior the requested information • Ensures that the equipment is safe condition • Takes part in meetings and work groups related to quality and technical issues at FL unit level Data inputting.
• Can input the data from site surveys (paper, AMP VB Mobile) • Uses electrical surveying tool for data collection (Tablet PC) HIRING REQUIREMENTS.
Educational background in electronics, electro mechanics or mechanics.
3-5 years of working experience in lift maintenance or modernization or experience in similar field (safety industry/maintenance environment/technical/building /lift audit/ notified body).
Advanced MS Excel -skills Good communication skills Technical knowledge about maintenance of the equipment to survey (elevators, escalators.
