You will play a pivotal part in developing cutting-edge software solutions, leveraging cloud technologies, and implementing AI best practices.

eam Leadership and Mentorship.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment to achieve team and organizational goals.
echnical Standards and Processes.
Define and enforce technical standards, best practices, and development processes, with a focus on cloud solutions, AI integration, and backend development excellence.
ross-Functional Collaboration.
Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions.
ackend Systems Development.
Oversee the design and development of high-performance backend systems, ensuring security, scalability, and reliability.
I and Cloud Architecture.
Drive the implementation of AI models, data engineering pipelines, and cloud-based architectures to streamline and optimize business operations.
icroservices Architecture.
Design, implement, and manage microservices-based architectures to ensure modularity, scalability, and efficient communication across systems.
erformance Management.
Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and identifying opportunities for team development, skill-building, and growth.
ontinuous Learning and Innovation.
Promote a culture of continuous learning by encouraging the exploration of new technologies and methodologies, aligning with industry trends.
equirementsMinimum Qualifications.
ducation.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
xperience.
15+ years in software engineering, with a proven track record of leading and managing engineering teams.
echnical Expertise.
Extensive experience in cloud solutions, AI technologies, and Python-based backend development.
icroservices Proficiency.
Hands-on experience in designing and implementing microservices architectures, with a focus on scalability and modularity.
olution Design and Architecture.
Strong technical background in solution design, software architecture, and developing scalable, high-traffic applications.
gile Methodologies.
Hands-on experience with agile development frameworks and project management tools.
eadership Skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to motivate and inspire engineering teams
