If you’re ready to bring the best, come join the Sales team as an E-Commerce Manager.
You’ll be responsible for continuing the expansion of the e-Retail channel focusing on Walmart and SAM’s while develop rest of modern trade key customers, grow Aggregators as an enabler for Modern Trade digital expansion, embed into the Kellanova’s Mexico organization e-commerce as a priority at all levels and align with the Latin America team the strategic future plan.
This role is open to be located in Mexico City (remote) or Queretaro (hybrid).
Travel required on a demand basis (punctual field visits, specific ad-hoc projects).
Based on your performance, you’ll have the opportunity to grow in your role.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing   Strategic Mindset.
Build e-commerce and digital 5-year strategy across channels.
Lead the change management agenda to embed e-commerce as a future growth pillar across functions.
Build long-term strategy to define future growth opportunities and investment requirements.
Align the pricing strategy across all channels in Mexico according to customer and shopper needs.
Pure Players and Proximity.
Develop the Pure Players Route to Market strategy aligned with CS&L.
Design the growth agenda for Pure Players focusing on Amazon and Justo.
Develop the proximity channel Digital Platform focusing in OXXO and Farmacias Guadalajara.
Leadership influence.
Become a Sales Leadership Team member bringing visibility of the customers performance and plans to grow aligned with Brick and Mortar Strategies.
Define performance KPIs and create e-commerce scorecard to evaluate performance.
We’re Looking for Someone With   Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Computer Science or Engineering.
E-commerce and digital commercial experience, preferably having worked on CPG’s with highly developed e-commerce programs.
Commercial experience preferred (Key Account Management, Customer Marketing) Excellent relationships and communication skills and strong stakeholder management.
Strategic thinking, project management and strong capabilities to transform vision into execution.
Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team, and quickly develop and apply new skills and knowledge.
English required.
