Order Management.
Monitor several healthcare portals for incoming orders.
Make sure prescriptions are accurate and respond quickly to any questions or needs from doctors' offices.
Script Verification.
Carefully check and verify the accuracy of prescriptions to ensure they meet all necessary criteria before entering them into the order queue.
Insurance Coordination.
Work with insurance companies to confirm the correctness of codes and coverage, ensuring compliance and avoiding delays in fulfilling orders.
Queue Management.
Manage and prioritize the order queue, following detailed steps to see each order through to completion.
Customer Interaction.
Communicate professionally and confidently with healthcare professionals and patients, providing updates and resolving issues quickly.
The Profile Qualifications.
Knowledge of DME and Medical Codes.
Familiarity with DME products, ICD codes, and clinical progress notes.
Understanding of insurance processes related to medical equipment is a plus.
Strong Organizational Skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent Communication.
Strong verbal and written English skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with healthcare providers and patients.
Adaptability.
Willingness to adjust to changes in product information, role responsibilities, and company focus as we evolve under new ownership.
