1. Documenta en línea, tanto Prefijo WW como rastreos de prepago electrónicos.
2. Etiqueta la mercancía.
3. Gestiona con el área correspondiente el tipo de unidad necesaria para cumplimiento en tiempo y forma de salida de la recolección de mercancía en las instalaciones de cliente.
4. Aplica la política de aceptación de mercancía .
5. Apoya al ejecutivo de la cuenta detectando oportunidades de incremento de envíos desde el domicilio del cliente.
6. Apoya el traslado de la mercancía a sucursal para descarga y conciliación final de manifiesto para entrega a encargado de RAD y/o personal de embarques.
7. Asegura que el acuse XT viaje con la mercancía.
8. Apoya en carga de mercancía al móvil de RAD.
9. Brinda soporte en temas de cobertura y gestiona cotizaciones para site 70.
10. Se encarga de dar atención al cliente dándole seguimiento a problemas relacionados con operación y servicio que les brindamos. (Actividad cuando se requiera)
11. Identifica necesidades y solicita en tiempo y forma sustitución y/o reparación de herramientas necesarias para cumplimiento de actividades operativas: EDS, remolque, PDA, góndola, patín, etc. (Actividad cuando se requiera)
