Function Contingent Labor
Summary Promote and maintain the highest possible degree of physical, mental and social wellbeing of workers by tracking medical trends, managing compliance and regulatory requirements, mitigating absences and taking informed decisions about how to improve employees health and productivity.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Foster a culture of compliance with standards and ethical business practices in the organization.
Promote the implementation of the ethics and compliance program and prevent, detect and correct violations of the law, Baxter policies and code of conduct.
Implement Baxters policies and procedures, including, nd support the processes, ensuring the onboarding process and training of employees.
Hazard identification.
Carry out risk assessments of the areas to determine the controls.
Promote a culture of prevention and maintenance of the physical, mental and social wellbeing of workers.
Preparation of medical examinations based on the profesiogram, in order to detect disease in a timely manner and achieve the mitigation of risk factors to the integral health of workers.
Emergency care.
Active participation in emergency brigade.
Provide treatment to the main acute andor minor ailments of the personnel for their prompt return to their work.
Develop and promote preventive health campaigns.
Follow up staff with absenteeism disabilities in order to identify causes of decrease employee productivity.
Ensure the existence of the necessary material for the care of emergencies and minor ailments of the employees.
Analyze jobs and generate task activity restrictions for workers who for health reasons are not able to perform tasks safely for them and the process.
Report monthly achievements and incidents within the area according to the objectives and goals set by the operation and corporate.
Prepare projects related to reducing ergonomic risk.
General consultation care.
Management of supplies and stock of medicines.
Management and control of infectious diseases.
Qualifications
Knowledge of national regulations and guidelines for health control and promotion.
Knowledge of local sanitary regulation.
Knowledge in ergonomics.
Collaboration and teamwork.

EDUCATION Medical, Doctor.
EXPERIENCEControl and management of urgencies and emergencies.
Design and implementation of health campaigns.
Integration of indicators, as well as actions to mitigate their impact.
Experience 2 years in the field of occupational health.
