Essential Functions of the role.
Digitalization (close collaboration work with central teams.
EVP, R&D, Global key accounts).
Project Nanna - Support Nanna business model development in close collaboration with Cement BU Director to prepare commercialization in NA.
Lead Nanna scale up in North America when applicable/available, lead commercialization and head new business Support the development in NA of strategic partnerships along the construction value chain (AIcrete, SYSDYNE, VERIFI, etc) in the framework of BU Global Digitalization RoadMap Cement Global key Accounts Act as an Industry leading technical expert to support our growth initiatives with NA key accounts in close relationship with NA Cement Sales Director Work collaboratively with NA and Global cement business stakeholders to optimize key account relationships in North America Startups and new ventures Work collaboratively with Nova group and Central teams (R&D/BU) to identify top startups in cement and concrete space/digitalization/circular economy in NA Sustainability Identify and implement key strategies for the BU to achieve net zero carbon commitments ahead of designated timelines Strategic Focuses Underground / infrastructure segment strategy and growth ¿Es este trabajo para ti?
