As a  Digital Product Manager  at Volvo Cars, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital offerings related to time tracking, payroll, and compensation management.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT specialists, designers, and stakeholders, to create cutting-edge solutions that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and employee satisfaction.
You will also be a bridge between global strategy and local needs.
Key Responsibilities.
Product Strategy.
Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with business goals.
Understand market trends, user needs, and competitive landscape.
Local knowledge.
good understanding of local American Time and Pay and other Compensation and Benefits processes and legal context.
Requirements Gathering.
Work closely with IT system experts to gather requirements, define user stories, and prioritize features.
Product Development.
Lead end-to-end product development, from concept to launch.
Collaborate with designers and engineers to create intuitive, scalable, and reliable digital solutions.
User Experience.
Ensure a seamless user experience by championing usability, accessibility, and performance.
Data-Driven Decision Making.
Leverage data analytics to make informed decisions, optimize features, and drive continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Engagement.
Communicate product vision, progress, and updates to stakeholders across the organization.
Agile Methodology.
Embrace agile practices, participate in sprint planning, and adapt to changing requirements.
Qualifications.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
5+ years  of experience as a Digital Product Manager, preferably in HR, payroll, or time management domains.
Experience with ERP solutions (especially SAP SuccessFactors), ADP payroll, UKG Time management solutions is strongly recommended.
Previous work experience in an environment where you had to balance global strategies and local needs.
Thorough understanding of digital product development methodologies Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
