DEVOPS ENGINEER SENIOR - HÍBRIDO

Willis Towers Watson is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our DevOps team.  We are looking for the very best talent, and if you are passionate about what you do and welcome new challenges, we want to meet you. As a full-time member of our DevOps team, you will be responsible for automating build, infrastructure, and software configuration management (SCM) related tasks. You will also be responsible for building out our continuous integration platform across several software products.  This role will work closely with both Software Development and IT Operations groups to ensure that the final releases are up to organizational standards and are released successfully without negative impact to our Customers. This position reports to the DevOps Leader.    Requirements:  3+ years of experience as a DevOps/SCM engineer, or in a position with similar skill sets and responsibilities. Strong knowledge of n-tier web applications. Experience with supporting Cloud IaaS and PaaS software implementations. Azure preferred. Experience with supporting Cloud container orchestration services (Kubernetes, Docker). Azure preferred. Proficiency with Build and Release tools. Azure DevOps preferred. Proficiency using a scripting language such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell with a focus on Cloud (Azure CLI). Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform, and Azure Resource Manager. Knowledge of core networking concepts like DNS, VNET, Load Balancing, Firewall, and WAF and ability to diagram accordingly. Capability to support a software development team’s timelines and targets. Capability and desire to be a strong team player.  Experience establishing standards and procedures and advocating best practices. Familiarity with change management systems and processes. Familiarity with principles of continuous integration and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Strong knowledge of Continuous Delivery Concepts. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Analytical, creative, adaptable, resourceful, innovative, imaginative and fun. Strong problem-solving skills required, and ability to follow through to completion. Customer-focused and committed to best-in-class processes and procedures. Bonus: Experience managing Databricks workspaces and configurations in a CI/CD pipeline. Experience with monitoring tools (Datadog, Grafana, Azure Application Insights) Experience with Machine Learning/AI services. Azure AI preferred  Education:  BS or BA Degree, preferably in Computer Science and 3+ year of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and or experience required.
