We're currently on the lookout for Virtual Case Managers.
Your role? Researching, collecting, and organizing documentation for the cases you will manage.
Your Responsibilities Will Include.
Set up appointments with and interview clients.
Read and review documentation to flag any possible issues/ discrepancies.
Maintain organized case files.
Collect all possible documentation, evidence and information to build a client’s case.
Use firm’s software.
Generate monthly and/or weekly reports with results.
Verify Insurance.
Order medical records from providers and communicate with clients and providers.
What We're Looking For.
1 year of experience (related to client communication, and documentation administration) and a completed bachelor's degree.
Advanced/native-level English skills (both written and spoken).
Ability to multitask.
Adaptability.
Killer organizational and planning abilities.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
Tech Savvy Fast Learner Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail.
Phone etiquette.
