DEMAND FULFILLMENT MANAGER

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Demand fulfillment Manager with 3 to 5 years of experience in Commercial Project Management to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing projects within a hybrid work model.
Experience in Asset and Wealth Management is a plus.
This role involves overseeing project lifecycles ensuring timely delivery and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Responsibilities Lead the planning and implementation of commercial projects within the organization Oversee project timelines ensuring all milestones are met on schedule Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with business objectives Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and progress Identify and mitigate potential risks to project success Ensure all project documentation is complete and up-to-date Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders Monitor project budgets and ensure financial objectives are met Utilize project management tools to track project performance and deliverables Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations Foster a collaborative and productive team environment Drive continuous improvement in project management processes Qualifications Possess a Bachelors degree in Business Management or a related field Have 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial project management Demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking skills Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Show proficiency in project management software and tools Display a keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills Experience in Asset and Wealth Management is a plus Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model Strong understanding of project management methodologies Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities Commitment to continuous learning and professional development Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Certifications Required PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required.
Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) is a plus.
