DB Cloud Test Development team is a part of Database division at Oracle Corporation and is chartered to develop software for evaluating and measuring the quality of the Database Cloud Services.
Our team with its innovative development infrastructure and practices helps craft technology that has been important for a large number of global big companies and different Government departments.
The team foresees Database product and Database Cloud Services usage scenarios and develops automated test framework, tests, and tools to simulate real life scenarios to ensure that customers get the highest quality Database Cloud Services.
Skills/Experience we are looking for.
4+ years of Enterprise Software Testing and Automation experience Database fundamentals knowledge and hands on working with Database cloud services and autonomous databases.
Good Data Structures and Algorithms knowledge, object-oriented programming Good programming knowledge in Python , SQL and PL/SQL, scripting language like Perl/shell script.
Exposure to REST services, UI testing tools like selenium, pytest.
Exposure to Project management tools like JIRA and GIT code base for development Strong analytical problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong written and verbal communications skills Career Level - IC2 As a member of the software engineering division, you will apply basic to intermediate knowledge of software architecture to perform software development tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software applications or operating systems according to provided design specifications.
Build enhancements within an existing software architecture and occasionally suggest improvements to the architecture.
