DATA OPERATIONS ANALYST
Descripción de la oferta de empleo
limpiar y preparar los datos para su análisis.
utilizar herramientas de análisis de datos como excel, sql, tableau, power bi, entre otras.
crear gráficos, tablas y otros elementos visuales para representar los datos de manera clara y concisa.
redactar informes detallados sobre el desempeño operativo y los hallazgos del análisis.
presentar resultados y recomendaciones a los equipos de liderazgo y otros interesados.
actualizar regularmente los informes y presentaciones de kpi para reflejar los datos más recientes.
realizar análisis ad hoc según las necesidades del negocio.
colaborar con el equipo de ti para asegurar la integración y automatización de datos.
capacitar a otros empleados en el uso de herramientas y reportes de bi.
