DATA ANALYST INTERN - CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

Internship Description During your internship, you will have the opportunity to learn how to.
Support the development, implementation, testing, and launch of customer experience surveys based on Voice of the Customer (VoC) best practices Collaborate with stakeholders to understand how to manage and communicate a technology that balances both tactical and strategic business need  Transform VoC data in Qualtrics into valuable business insights that contribute to shaping strategies for delivering top-tier digital customer experiences Analyze complex business problem s by breaking them down into key components and exploring practical solutions Monitor key technology performance metrics and use data to identify opportunities for operational improvement Assist in designing and delivering technical training materials for Customer Experience tools Contribute to a collaborative team environment that values efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement Your Profile You are best equipped for this internship if you:  Are currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Business Analytics, Information Management, or a related field Are graduating in the summer of Are eager to learn how to collect, analyze, and visualize data using tools such as SQL and Tableau Are curious about report automation and data storytelling (experience is a plus, but not required) Bring a positive attitude and enthusiasm for learning new things Enjoy solving puzzles and finding insights from unstructured data Are interested in developing a data-driven approach to problem-solving Want to improve your ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights Are open to challenges and enjoy working on real business problems Have strong communication skills and are excited to collaborate with others Are motivated to work with a cross-functional and international team Have a high level of English proficiency #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
