You will use your multitasking abilities while listening and conversing to consumers, navigating computers, and typing call documentation.

Customer Support Associate Responsibilities.
Attending training programs to increase product knowledge and improve customer service abilities.
esolving client inquiries by phone, walk-in, mail, fax, and email.
rocessing and recording incoming calls in the CRM system.

Customer Support Associate Requirements.
High school diploma, GED, or an appropriate equivalent.
+ years of customer service experience, ideally in a related sector.
uccessful completion of the offered training.

xperience with CRM is desired.
roficient with Microsoft Office suites.
xcellent phone manners.
xcellent written and verbal communication abilities.

apable of sitting at a workstation for lengthy periods of time.
