e're looking to hire a Customer Support Associate to join our team in Guadalajara, MX.
hat You'll Be Doing.
rovide expert internal and external customer service, interfacing directly with customers, recommending solutions and/or action plans to internal sales team staff.
rder entry & maintenance, managing inbound customer order forms, filing, set up of MyArrow accounts and PCPRCE 2 (Customer Part and Pricing System) maintenance for contract pricing.
upport sales team with direct customer contact, which includes coordinating reports, providing first point of escalation after initial set of expedites, etc.
ork closely with Asset team to process orders for customers and resolve issues for the customer in a timely manner.
hat We're Looking For.
ypically requires a 3-year degree and 2-4 years of experience or High school graduate with equivalent related experience.
-3 years of customer service experience in a similar field.
ntermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
bility to communicate fluently in English.
