e're looking to hire a Customer Support Associate to join our team in Guadalajara, MX.
hat You'll Be Doing.
rovide expert internal and external customer service, interfacing directly with customers, recommending solutions and/or action plans to internal sales team staff.
rder entry & invoicing; follow up to purchase orders, general complaints and reports on customer issues.
upport sales team with direct customer contact, which includes coordinating reports, providing first point of escalation after initial set of expedites, etc.
irectly support customers with general inquires, escalations, etc.
ork closely with Asset team to process orders for customers and resolve issues for the customer in a timely manner.
hat We're Looking For.
ypically requires a 2-year degree and 2-4 years of experience or High school graduate with equivalent related experience.
years minimum of customer service experience, preferably B2B.
ntermediate-advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
bility to communicate fluently in English.
