World-class working environment, access to financial well-being sessions, will writing sessions, stress management sessions Interactive and inclusive company culture What youll be doing Providing an extraordinary Customer Experience by addressing inquiries using a variety of channels (telephone, email, chat, social media) in a support-centre environment Identifying the root cause of the client’s software or system issues and using system analysis and testing techniques to solve low to moderately complex application or system issues Assisting customers in gaining the most value from their products and services Identifying additional opportunities for product solutions to benefit the customers business needs Documenting each customer contact using our contact tracking systems in a clear, concise, and understandable format Staying current on technical and business knowledge in all assigned applications, as well as support processes and procedures What youll need Matric Mathematics or Accounting Minimum 6 months technical trouble shooting experience in a call centre environment (Essential) Advanced computer literacy, typing skills and ability to navigate multiple screens (Essential) Minimum 6 months experience working in a financial services environment (Advantageous) Availability work shifts between 3pm and 2am (Monday - Friday) Clear criminal and credit record High level of English proficiency (both verbal and written) Strong problem-solving, probing and time management skills Ability to understand, analyse and navigate through learned technical systems Proven experience of delivering exceptional customer care After applying, you will be sent a link to complete a quick online chat.
