About the Job Review and analyze the order file, actioning opportunities to maximize allocation and shipments Partner with Sales and Distribution to resolve supply and delivery challenges Drive processes to ensure alignment with established operating policies in order to minimize issues and escalations Ensure agreed OM activities are carried-out on time and within agreed service levels Ensure orders are shipped in accordance with customer requirements Ensure on time product delivery for marketing launches, collaborations, and store openings Facilitate the return of goods per company policy Be the single point of contact for designated portfolio, responsible for reporting on order status and facilitating resolution of customer inquiries and escalations Investigate and solve for customer claims and disputes related to order management root cause (including but not limited to missing discount, short deliveries) Build trust and transparency through proactive communication between internal and external stakeholders of the business Participate in customer business review meetings Use analytics to identify process challenges and explore potential solutions Drive initiatives that will improve process efficiency, order conversion, and reduce potential claims.
Ensure that customer data is maintained and current Monitor relevant EDI activities and troubleshoot EDI failures About You Must Have.
3+ years in a corporate environment required Technical experience with SAP or similar ERP system Proficiency in English - both Written and Verbal, any other language is a plus Excel – Intermediate to Advanced level (including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF statements) Critical Customer Support Skills.

Understanding of end-to-end customer order process Education.
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience*) Experience.
3+ years in a corporate environment required, apparel industry preferred.
Order Management experience preferred Decision Making and Problem Solving.
Ability to work independently to resolve problems by partnering with suppliers and key stakeholders to make accurate decisions on execution Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with conflicting deadlines Excellent organizational/prioritization skills; attention to detail Communication.
Strong listening and interpersonal skills with focus on collaborative teamwork, negotiation and resolution Proven ability to work with diverse teams Preferred.
Good understanding of logistical processes across markets Experience of EDI processes Experience with supplier portal applications Primarily Works in an Office Environment.
Hybrid work environment which requires working from a designated office at least 3 days a week Job Requires the Following Physical Activities.
