Handle inbound calls and emails with professionalism, efficiently addressing customer service inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
Product Expertise.
Build a strong understanding of our products and processes so you can resolve customer questions with accuracy and confidence.
Coordination Across Teams.
Facilitate communication between sales, customer service, and vendor teams to keep everyone aligned and informed.
Accurate Information Sharing.
Maintain detailed knowledge of shipping policies and vendor practices to provide accurate, timely responses.
Tech Tools Mastery.
Use tools like Office Suite, ERP systems, and online vendor platforms to streamline daily tasks and enhance service efficiency.
The Profile What We’re Looking For.
Strong Communicator.
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills to engage effectively with customers.
Customer Service Experience.
Proven background in customer service, ideally in a similar industry, ensuring you can hit the ground running.
Tech-Savvy.
Comfortable with office software like spreadsheets and word processors, plus willing to learn new systems, including an upcoming ERP transition.
Calm and Patient.
Able to stay composed and helpful, especially during challenging interactions, to provide the best customer experience.
Team Player.
Works well both independently and collaboratively to achieve team goals and maintain a positive work environment.
