equirements.
Over 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Proven ability to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Strong focus on customer loyalty and retention.
Deep understanding of customer needs and goals.
Expertise in fostering long-term, continuous relationships with clients.
Advanced level of English (C1) as all communication is conducted in English with global users.
Proficiency in risk detection and management.
Activities.
Solid knowledge of CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) tools such as Coupa, SAP Ariba, Conga, DocuSign.
Gather and document client requirements effectively.
Experience working with SaaS (Software as a Service) companies.
Understand and analyze customer needs to offer the best possible solutions.
Track the implementation of solutions and the established KPIs.
Measure and present progress reports to clients.
Conduct regular meetings with clients.
